About Us
Our Commitment is to our puppies first, and then to you, their forever families.
At T. Rose Puppy, we take pride in responsibly matching Bernedoodle and Pomsky puppies with loving families. Our focus is on providing well-cared-for puppies from exceptional bloodlines. We are dedicated to educating our community on proper pet care practices and ensuring a puppy-mill-free environment. Our mission is to be a reliable source for healthy, well-adjusted puppies, offering guidance on training, feeding, and veterinary care.
We believe that every puppy deserves a nurturing home where they can thrive. By prioritizing responsible breeding practices and thorough care, we aim to contribute to the well-being of each puppy and the families that welcome them.
Our Program
My name is Christopher, and I'm the head breeder of T Rose Puppies; let me tell you about our program!

My team and I do our best to breed with total care by primarily focusing on raising healthy, affectionate, and loyal companions. As a result of our efforts, we’re positive our puppies will become perfect family members and add just as much joy to your life as they have ours!
I originally started breeding because I couldn’t afford the high prices for these puppies, and knew others would love these babies just as much, but couldn't afford the five and seven thousand dollar price tags. What I found was a labor of love and that I could spread the love of these breeds for much cheaper than most breeders were selling them elsewhere. These dogs are a passion of mine and I want to help and grow the breeds.
What makes our program special is love, care, compassion, & education. All of our breeding dogs are my personal companions, and I believe that dogs take on the traits of their owners and households, so we keep ours filled with love and genuine affection for our furry friends. Puppies are bathed early on in order to lower their stress from being groomed as an adult and we start potty training by week 6. My doggies receive the best care because they are very important to me, and I believe that is reflected in their temperament and parenting. I also take a great deal of pride in the fact that 14 of my puppies have become certified service dogs as of 4-1-25. 🐕🦺
I am constantly educating myself on care of my dogs and puppies to ensure they live long and healthy lives. We continue to be available for consultation even after our puppies go to their new homes. Lastly, we never want our puppies/dogs to end up in a shelter, so all adoptive families are informed that in the event that they must part with their puppy that we will help to find a new home or take the puppy back.
The Stars of the Show
Our furbabies aren't just the backbone of our program, they're the foundation of my home life.
All of our dogs live in my home and are our household pets; although we view them as our family. Because of our dedication to our animals, I've been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices, which is no small task. While many breeders cage and kennel their litters, that approach just hurts my heart. From the time they are born, our puppies and mamas are slowly and appropriately integrated into our daily lives so that they are well-adjusted to home life and are used to other people and dogs being around. They are also taken out side on a daily basis once they are around 5 weeks old. This gives them the opportunity to socialize and get used to being outside. I utilize enrichment tools to be sure our puppies are socialized with children, various sounds, other dogs and animals, daily handling, surface & tactile stimulation, and people of different ages and appearances, new places, and car rides. We place a priority on the emotional and mental health of our babies and do all we can to make sure that they are not stressed or panicked when they leave with their furever family and are able to integrate easily into their new homes, comfortable and able to bond without fear of new environments or inhabitants. To ensure that smooth transition we send our puppies home with a puppy starter kit that includes food & treats, vet records, a blanket with mama & littermates’ scent, our contact number for questions, concerns & updates, recommended supplements ,and a certificate of health.
In addition, we also test our dogs to ensure we reduce the risk of inbreeding and to breed towards the healthiest possible genetics.
Our breeding dogs are tested for:
-
Brucellosis
Brucellosis testing in dogs is admittedly expensive and primarily involves blood tests to detect antibodies against Brucella canis or to identify the bacteria itself. While not commonly tested for, it's an extremely dangerous disease as it's contagious, primarily affecting the reproductive organs. It can lead to infertility, miscarriages, and stillbirths in females, and epididymitis, orchitis, and prostatitis in males. While treatment with antibiotics can help manage the infection, it is often not curative, and dogs can remain infected for life. Brucellosis is also a zoonotic disease, meaning it can be transmitted to humans, which is why we feel it so important to test for in our animals.

Genetic testing reduces the chances of inbreeding along with the possibility of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
